How credits work
  1. 01 1 lead = 1 credit. Pull 50 leads, spend 50 credits.
  2. 02 If a batch under-delivers (e.g. only 38 of 50 found), we automatically refund the difference back to your balance.
  3. 03 If a batch fails entirely, you're refunded in full. See refund policy.

How does pricing work?

Pure pay-per-lead. $0.09 per verified lead, charged against your credit balance. Buy a $10 pack for 110 credits — that's 110 leads. No monthly fee, no auto-renewal, no surprises.

What happens if a batch returns fewer leads than requested?

You're only charged for leads we actually deliver. If you request 100 and we find 73, we automatically refund 27 credits to your balance. The refund shows up immediately in your transaction history.

Can I get a refund on credits I've already bought?

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. See our full refund policy for details and how to request one.

Where does the data come from?

Leadstan is a software platform that aggregates structured records from public business directories on the open web (e.g. listed business profiles a customer would themselves see). Each record typically includes business name, address, category, listed phone, website, ratings and review count. We do not access private accounts, personal profiles, or non-public information, and we do not resell static, pre-built lists.

Is this GDPR / CAN-SPAM / CASL compliant?

We only deliver publicly listed business contact information. You're responsible for outreach compliance in your jurisdiction (consent, opt-out, identification). Our Privacy Policy explains what we store about you and your runs.

Do you have an API?

Yes — currently in approved-access only. Request access from the API section above and we'll review within one business day. Pricing is identical to the dashboard ($0.09/lead, paid from your credit balance).

How do I export leads?

Every completed run has a "Download" button on the History panel — CSV (for spreadsheets/CRMs) or JSON (for engineers). Native HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive sync are on the roadmap.
