Refund Policy

We want every credit you spend on Leadstan to be a credit well spent. Below is exactly how refunds work — short, plain-English, with examples.

1. How credits work

One (1) credit equals one (1) verified lead delivered to your account. Credits are purchased in fixed packs (currently $10 USD = 110 credits), paid up-front, and do not expire. There are no subscriptions.

2. Automatic refunds (built into the product)

  • Partial delivery. If you request 100 leads and we only find 73, we automatically refund 27 credits to your balance. You are only ever charged for leads that were actually delivered.
  • Failed batch. If a batch fails for any reason on our side (timeout, infra error, upstream outage), the full amount is refunded immediately.
  • No data returned. If a search succeeds technically but returns zero leads, you are refunded in full.

Automatic refunds appear in your account immediately and are visible in your run history.

3. Refunds on unused credits

Unused credits (credits you have purchased but not spent) are refundable to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days of purchase, for any reason, no questions asked.

To request one, email wasilislam456@gmail.com with your account email and order ID. We confirm receipt within one business day and process the refund within five (5) business days.

4. What is not refundable

  • Credits already spent on delivered leads. Once a lead is in your account, it is yours (verified or not), and that credit is consumed.
  • Purchases older than 14 days where the credits have not been touched but no good-faith error or service issue is involved. Reach out anyway — we handle these case by case.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use section of our Terms (e.g. spam, abuse, attempts to circumvent rate limits).

5. Quality issues

If specific leads in a delivered batch are wrong (wrong number, business closed, duplicated, etc.) and they account for more than 10% of the batch, email us within 30 days and we will credit you back for those leads. Include the run ID and the affected rows.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a card chargeback — most issues are resolved by email within a day. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account termination and loss of remaining credits.
