Terms of Service

1. The Service

Leadstan is a software-as-a-service market-research platform. It allows authenticated users to query publicly available business directory information by niche and geographic area, and to receive the matching records as structured data (CSV, JSON, or via API). We do not sell pre-built or static contact lists, and we do not access non-public information, personal accounts, or content behind authentication.

2. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR / ePrivacy, TCPA, etc.);
• resell or republish data obtained through the Service in bulk to third parties;
• infringe the rights of any business or individual whose data appears in results;
• circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls;
• upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You are solely responsible for how you use data delivered through the Service.

4. Data sources & accuracy

Records are aggregated from publicly accessible business directory sources at the time you run a query — the same kind of information a human visitor would see on those directories without logging in. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, deliverability, or current validity of any record. You are responsible for verifying the data before contacting any business and for complying with all applicable privacy, electronic-communications, and marketing laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Payments, credits and refunds

Leadstan is sold on a pay-as-you-go credit model. One (1) credit corresponds to one (1) verified lead delivered to your account. Credits are purchased in advance in fixed packs (currently $10 USD = 110 credits) and do not expire. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

Automatic refunds. If a batch returns fewer leads than requested, the difference is automatically refunded to your credit balance. If a batch fails entirely, the full amount is refunded. These refunds appear instantly in your transaction history.

Manual refunds. Unused credits are refundable to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Used credits (i.e., credits already spent on delivered leads) are non-refundable. To request a refund, email wasilislam456@gmail.com with your account email and order ID. We process eligible requests within five (5) business days. The full policy is at /refunds.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes (if any) may be added at checkout. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account termination.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and all related software remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes for as long as your account is in good standing.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
